Not too much going on at the moment. I’m now working two jobs and trying to keep my two job-days the same as Carl’s two job days so we can still occasionally see each other during daylight or at least daytime hours. On the upside of that, we’re saving money for the wedding and honeymoon and both of us have second jobs that counterbalance some of the stress of our main jobs.
I am completely addicted to Star Trek the next generation. My dad and I used to watch it when I was little and now Carl has me right back into it. In fact, I confess we’re watching it right now while I write this post . . . : )
I finally bought curtains to hide my “closet” and they are lovely. The color is “seaglass” and perfect for how I want to decorate the rest of the room. I also bought a small shelf for my art supplies and journals and I’m only about twenty or so hangers from having my clothing situation under control. : ) As soon as I’ve got it in order, I’ll post pics of our room and the rest of the house too!
Work is still stressful, but I’ve already learned so much about people and conflict. I know that if I can hang in there, its going to be an extremely rewarding and contribute more than I can imagine right now to who I am. So I am endeavoring to hang in there. : )
